We’re going through some changes! Nelnet has begun a new contract with the U.S. Department of Education. Under this contract, federal loans from accounts beginning with E must be serviced separately from commercial loans from accounts beginning with D and J. As a result, we have a new brand called Sloan Servicing, to assist borrowers with D and J (commercial) accounts. You can access information relevant to your loans below by choosing the applicable servicer. Not sure which loan types you have?
